A P
I haven't heard an update lately to the caartridge proposal (or the other name suggestions). If I may offer an observation from another game, when they faced botting issues they came up with a simple interruption mechanism. Roughly once a day the game play is interrupted and a dialogue box pops up instructing the player to go find a stolen item in a random location on the map. It requires 3 mouse clicks and the locating of the item to restart game-play, effectively killing the flow of a bot script. That game is not multi-player (yet) so the scenario is not the same as Aavegotchi, but it's a pretty simple solution to an annoying problem. It won't stop every botter but it would make it very inconvenient for someone to run many bots and restart them repeatedly. I don't know if a strategy like that can be modified for our game environment but I thought I'd offer it as a possible inspiration for a solution that might work. And if not I'd sure like to see caartridges or another solution implemented soon so that we can again capture a larger percentage of our harvested alch. Cheers.
